Create a Basic Math Worksheet

This page will create some practice problems for you, dealing with basic math calculations. BUT DON’T WORRY! IT WILL ALSO GIVE YOU THE ANSWERS! This can help you study for that big test.

Answer the questions to the right, then click "Do it!"

  1. What type of math problems to you want to generate?

  2. What type of numbers do you want in your problems?

    Examples:

    • Whole numbers means integers only like 5, 2, 1, 10, 12.
    • Decimals means numbers like 3.1, 8.2, 7.12
    • Fractions means numbers like: 1/2, 3/4, 5/16

  3. Select the number range you want in your problems (this allows you to set the difficulty level of the problems): Largest number to use: Smallest number to use:

  4. If subtraction problems are to be created, can any answers be negative?

  5. If decimal numbers are to be used, how many digits to the right of the decimal do you want?

  6. If fraction problems are being generated, can any answers be in the form of mixed numerals? 1/3, or 8 2/5, etc.)

  7. Finally, how many problems would you like to generate?
